How to use your Global Calling Card
Select a freephone number matching the country you are calling from (Access Number)
Dial the freephone Number for the country you are in
Enter your account number + PIN + #
Enter 00 + country code + area code (drop the first 0, if applicable) + number you want to call + #
Making a Conference Call with your Global Calling Card
Follow the usual steps to make a call then follow the steps below to make a conference call
Put first caller on hold by pressing # # # (hash key three times)
Press 7 then 3, then dial the number of the next person
Put this caller on hold by pressing # # # (hash key three times)
Repeat until you have called everyone to join in your conference
Then press # # # then 7 then 1
World Messaging
If the person you are trying to call is engaged or out
Dial the freephone Number for the country you are in
Simply press * #
The system will send your message every 30 minutes for up to 3 hours, until the message is delivered.
